Edilzar “Edi” has been working on his family’s 26-hectare farm in the Sierra Mariscal region of Mexico with his father Luis, and brothers, Rony and Maynor since 1998. Edi and his brothers have worked on and off in the US as arborists. Their deep understanding of tree cultivation and care used on the farm has only added to the families multigenerational coffee knowledge.
