PRODUCT OVERVIEW Welcome to the seasoned side of the fridge. Smooth, creamy mayo meets our famous PERi-PERi (African Bird’s Eye Chillies) – it’s just like our OG PERinaise, with added fire. Made with garlic, onion and paprika, it packs a double kick of heat and flavour that’s deliciously moreish. HOW SPICY? Highly combustible - proceed with caution. NUTRITION INGREDIENTS Water, Rapeseed Oil, Vinegar, Sugar, Cornflour, Egg yolk, Spices (African Bird’s Eye Chilli, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper, White Pepper), Salt, Apple Vinegar (Sulphite), Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate), Mustard Flour, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate), Lemon Puree, Onion Puree, Green Chillies, Garlic Puree, Antioxidant (Calcium Disodium EDTA), Rosemary Extract Powder, Colour (Paprika Extract) Acidity Regulator (Ascorbic Acid).
