Clayton James Tennessee Whiskey

There's a place in Tennessee where snow white corn and pure limestone water come together to create an exceptional whiskey mash. A week later, we distill it in our copper still. The new whiskey then spends another week mellowing through sugar maple charcoal before aging in heavily charred, new American white oak barrels. We don't chill filter our whiskey, and we bottle only small batches to preserve the bold character and rich flavor that make every sip a true Tennessee Whiskey experience. You won't find it everywhere, but when you do, we're pretty sure you'll consider it worth the hunt.
