A plain 2mm ball on a screw post, in polished titanium. Small, smooth and understated, it sits flat against the nostril and reads as a single bright dot from the front. Made from implant-grade titanium, the same metal trusted in medical implants. There is no plating on the silver tone, just the polished metal itself, so there is no coating to wear through. 0.8mm gauge on a 7mm screw post, which twists into place and holds without a clasp.
