Any volume in the Culinaria series would be a super addition to anyone’s cookbook collection. Painstakingly researched, the Italy volume covers each region of Italy, starting with a little background on the region and followed by typical recipes…. Almost 400 of them! The photographs are wonderful. Can’t say enough about this series - it’s obvious the authors fell in love with their assignment - and I think you will as well.
