Stout-toku

This stout Santoku is has the versatility of a Santoku, while sliding towards a veggie cleaver. The blade is forged 52100, flat ground to a very thin cutting edge with hand-finished bevels and forge texture at the spine. The sculpted Ringed Gidgee frame handle is slender with no exposed steel, fitted to the blade in a museum-fit style. Knife comes with a leather blade cover.
