Feel free to share this link with family or friends! What is a segment? A segment is defined by USFS as every time a skater steps onto the ice to perform. Aspire is 1 segment (free skate) while Novice is 2 segments (short prog and free skate). IMPORTANT: Please Read This! A recent USFS Policy strictly prohibits including music in any live stream or video recording. As a result, the video taken at this event will not have music.
