Come taste the Sound of Music in this delicious NEW hands-on class! Learn to make a traditional Austrian Apple Strudel from scratch, including the art of stretching strudel dough until beautifully paper-thin. Fill it with cinnamon-spiced apples, toasted breadcrumbs, and optional hazelnuts or raisins, then roll it up to create this beloved Austrian classic. Each participant will bake their own strudel to take home and enjoy! About the Chef... Born and raised in Austria, Nadine grew up surrounded by a love of baking and the traditions that make Austrian desserts so special. She later moved to Utah to be with her husband. Together they enjoy spending time with family and are self-proclaimed foodies! The strudel recipe she will be sharing has been passed down through her family “by feel” for generations and holds many cherished memories.
