The 2019 Château Lafon-Rochet is a distinguished Fourth Growth (4ème Grand Cru Classé) from Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux, made from 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. The nose is elegant and expressive with blackcurrant and cherry, layered with pepper, liquorice and subtle truffle notes. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with concentrated fruit, balanced freshness and fine, structured tannins.
