Fresh Mundubbera blueberries, picked at their peak, steeped for six weeks into classic Sunshine & Sons Gin. The colour in your glass? Completely natural. Straight from the fruit. No shortcuts. No artificial anything. Ripe blueberries, blackberry and a whisper of raspberry on the nose. Bright, juicy and berry-forward on the palate — with classic juniper keeping things honest and cassia bark adding just enough warmth to remind you this is still very much a gin. Long, refreshing finish. The kind that makes you go back for another sip without really thinking about it. Made in collaboration with the Mundubbera Jaycettes — because the community that grew the blueberries deserves a seat at the table. 480 bottles. Available last week of September 2026.
