ETHIOPIA Lalesa, Espresso
This coffee is grown at 2,150–2,200 MASL in Gedeb and processed using natural anaerobic methods. It is suitable for espresso and has notes of tamarind, peach, and rum.
- The processing involves nine days of anaerobic fermentation and a 13–18 day drying period.
- The coffee is grown under tree shade, primarily Ensete trees.
