Like us, Dak came to fruition from a deep passion for lightly roasted specialty coffee. Originally from Montreal, Canada, co-founders Louis Philippe and Veronique, create a focal point on sourcing ethically, partnering only with green coffee importers that they share values with, ensuring that they provide the highest quality of coffee. In order to highlight this, Dak not only roasts lightly, but experiments with new roasting profiles to discover unique flavors — their goal being a clean, bright, and sweet cup.
