Previn's brilliant and unrestrained piano, rooted in classical training, is underpinned by an ironclad rhythm section, making the songs swing vividly. This album is also captivating for its immersive sound by renowned engineer Roy DuNann and its mid-century modern cover illustration by Robert Guidi of LA design studio Tri-Arts.
