Fondita Mestiza and MSG Noods presents: Carnitas Ramen Pop-Up We’re very excited to share this special pop-up in collaboration with MSG Noods. Together, we’re creating a bridge between ramen and the ingredients and techniques behind traditional carnitas, bringing you an amazing food experience while exploring connections between cultures in the context of Ireland. Alongside the ramen, we’ll be serving a matcha flan cake (also known as the “impossible cake”) to finish on a sweet note after your bowl. Your ticket also includes a seasonal agua fresca to refresh your palate if things get spicy! When? April 25th Two seatings: 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM Ticket cost: 35 euros (includes ramen, dessert and agua fresca) Where? 14 Exchequer St, 2nd floor, Dublin Accessibility: The Studio/Gallery is 2nd floor without a lift access. Getting Here: Mestiza Booking Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then contact you to ask which torta you would like. Dietary restrictions Due to the nature of the event and our production in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Our dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens such as gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and others. If you have severe allergies, please speak to a member of our team before ordering. Terms & Policies As our Tortas are prepared fresh for the event, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event, as food preparation will have already begun.
