From our neighbors in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, this Straight Bourbon is distilled on site, from 80% organic non-GMO corn from the Fingerlakes and 20% malted barley, and aged for at least two years. What results is a Bourbon with more structure and depth resulting from its higher-than-average percentage of malt, well balanced with the signature sweetness and vanilla that are a Bourbon’s calling card.
