Delter Infusion Filter

What is the Delter Infusion Filter? The Delter Infusion Filter (DIF) is our latest accessory that opens up a whole new myriad of brewing possibilities. Basically, the DIF allows water to percolate through the coffee bed via gravity, however importantly, the coffee remains confined to a 'puck' in the coffee chamber. This is akin to a no-bypass brewing environment, however is uniquely different as the water and coffee remain separated by the infusion filter and rather infuses through the coffee bed. The plunger is only required right at the end to plunge through any remaining water once your brew time has elapsed, usually we recommend a brew time of 3:00 or longer for a great extraction result.
