A Mid 19th Century Giltwood Armchair

The square, upholstered back with scrolled top and straight, upholstered open arms. Fluted, giltwood arm supports. Raised on turned, fluted front legs and swept back legs with brass castors. All upholstered with the original horsehair and new calico covering ready for a top fabric. English circa 1840 Gilt and gesso with a few scuffs, as shown but restored to be stable.
