This Tasmanian Chardonnay from Handpicked Wines is a masterclass in cool-climate precision. Sourced from the Auburn Road Vineyard in the Tamar Valley a NASAA organic certified site with weathered basalt soils and mineral variation it is whole bunch pressed, wild ferment and barrel matured for 11 months in Burgundian puncheon. Pristine lemon and white peach on the nose, with a palate that balances vibrant natural acidity with a luxurious, texturally generous mid-palate. Elegant, refined and with genuine cellaring potential through to 2036.
