Mrs Frost's Salted Caramel Sauce, Made with rich, dark and fudgy coconut sugar, this caramel is distinctly smokey, has a smooth buttery mouthfeel and a hint of salt for an almost savoury note. Fabulous over a banana ice cream sundae but equally delicious paired with sizzling meats such as pork or chicken and equally brilliant as part of an Eastern flavour base teamed with black vinegar, sesame, chilli, lime and soy. 250ml jar of addictive joy!
