NO. 14 ROYAL TEA

In honour of our new king, Charles III, we have created this Royal blend which combines Keemun, Yunnan and Ceylon large leaf teas and is our take on the famous Prince of Wales tea, which originated in 1921. Initially devised for Edward, Prince of Wales, who later became King Edward VIII, this traditional, medium-strength black tea offers a rich aroma and uniquely British flavour. ENJOY: This luxurious blend can be enjoyed at any time of the day but is traditionally served in the afternoon with scones in Britain. Best enjoyed with milk but can be drunk black. BREWING: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse 3-5 min. Best enjoyed with milk, but you can also drink it black or with lemon.
