Thomas Perseval Art'Terre 2022

Thomas Perseval's grandparents founded this micro-domaine in Premier Cru Chamery; today Thomas crafts Art'Terre from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, vinified in barrel with indigenous yeast and aged 24 months on lees — zero dosage. A hidden gem in grower Champagne, and one we find "laser sharp in its definition, sumptuous and complex." The nose is vivid with nectarine, citrus, and brioche. The palate is bone dry, tense, and mineral, with a long saline finish.
