Dill is popular around the globe but is commonly used in Indian, Middle-Eastern and European dishes, and is a key ingredient in Indian curry powders. Has a strong scent when crushed, similar to Caraway with slight hints of Anise and Lemon. It averages around 60cm in height but can grow as tall as 1.5m! Great for direct garden planting or in deep pots as they have a long tap root. It is susceptible to root rot so make sure your soil is well draining.
