NRA Home Firearms Safety Instructor

Our NRA Home Firearm Safety Instructor course is an additional credential you can obtain in the lineup of NRA instructor courses. This is the non live fire version of the MA Licensing class needed to apply for your LTC or FID in MA Thoroughly read the description and prerequisites. Description: Our NRA Home Firearm Safety Instructor course is an additional credential you can obtain in the lineup of NRA instructor courses. This is the non-live fire version of the MA Licensing class needed to apply for your LTC or FID in MA. This is a 12-hour day class and includes the BIT (Basic Instructor Training). This is not a show-up and get-certified class. You must have a working knowledge of all common action types of pistols, rifles, and shotguns and impeccable gun handling skills. Prerequisites: Must have a working knowledge of all common action types of pistols, rifles, and shotguns. If you are a current NRA instructor then you most likely do not have to take the BIT but check with us. Class Logistics: The class will be located at Patriot Firearms School & Defense in Rehoboth, MA. We will break midday for lunch. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or order from our local pizza shop down the road.
