SUMBU SHELL COMPRESSICEPS (ALTOLAMPROLOGUS COMP "SUMBU SHELL")
Altolamprologus species, including A. compressiceps and A. calvus, require tanks starting from 10 gallons for smaller varieties. Females are smaller than males. Shells are necessary for hiding. These fish primarily eat invertebrates but may consume small fish. They are aggressive towards each other but generally leave other tankmates alone.
