Semi-sweet single varietal Geisenheim white wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes Winemaker's Notes: This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. The wine was fermented with a cool climate yeast to bring out the natural character of the grape and climate while building complexity. The ferment was intentionally stalled ¾ of the way in to maintain natural sweetness and limit alcohol. Made exclusively from Estate grown Geisenheim grapes. Geisenheim 318 Starfruit, lemon, orange Grilled seafood, Indian and Asian cuisines 7.1%
