Fluted Stackable Dress Ring

A single emerald-cut stone is claw-set east-west across a finely fluted band of yellow gold, the reeded surface drawn from the cannetille goldwork the collection is built on. The stone is laid low and lengthwise so the ring sits flat in a stack without catching. Worn alone the fluting does the work, worn in a row it reads as texture between plainer bands.
