Thai Fried Rice (GF/Freezable)

Jasmine Rice stir fried with Thai soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, onions, carrots, bacon, diced dried mango, cilantro, scallions, and toasted coconut. This item is freezable. Great as an accompaniment to Curry, but can be a meal on is own. Or chop up a side of Thai Grilled Chicken to mix into it for a more heartier dish on its own.
