Barnea Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Robust

A super early harvest Barnea from Peru with a strong herbaceous aroma and flavor. Herbal notes of freshly crushed parsley and fennel dominate the bouquet. The finish is very peppery with commanding pungency. Notes: Mix this robust beauty with our 18 Year, Cranberry Pear, or Raspberry Balsamic for a delicious marinade or dressing. Use over fish, chicken or any meat with a sprinkle of our Coffee BBQ seasoning and grill, bakes or broil. Drizzle over quartered potatoes, add some of our Oh Olive Garlic or Main Street Steak and bake!
