Open Hitting

Join us for Open Hitting and get extra swings off live pitching from our coaches! All ages and skill levels welcome; hitters and slappers. HOW IS OPEN HITTING DIFFERENT FROM A HITTING CLINIC? At our Hitting Clinics we spend most our time breaking down the swing with drills and front toss, then finish with one or two rounds of live pitching—if time allows. During Open Hitting sessions our focus is to get everyone more swings off live pitching. We'll start with one round of warm-ups, then spend the rest of the session hitting live. Instruction will be kept to a minimum (no walk through or demos, but one-on-one while hitting). IS OPEN HITTING FOR SOFTBALL ONLY? Nope! Our coaches can throw baseball batting practice, too, and we usually have a group of boys at all of our hitting events. * If our morning session fills up we may open an afternoon session.
