The Deck & Concrete Mount Tilt Base takes our Tilt-Up Base and bolts it flat to the surface you already have: a concrete footing, a deck, a patio, a rooftop pad. Same one-operator raise-and-lower. Same locked upright stop. No ground sleeve required. Who this is for: the operator whose best antenna spot is not diggable — rooftop installs, existing slabs, engineered decks, rocky ground, and rentals where a poured sleeve is not an option. The Greyline vertical dipole already works on any surface a flag-rated pole can stand on; this base is how it stands there.
