Indian Block Print Workshop at Holden Clough, Bolton-by-Bowland. Saturday 15th August 2026. 10am - 1pm Come and join me for a workshop of Indian Wood Block Printing - at Holden Clough, Bolton by Bowland on the 15th August 2026. In this fun and relaxed session you will learn how to use traditional, hand carved Indian wood blocks to print your own cushion or tote bag. You will be guided through how to apply the textile paint, composition, and use the wood blocks to create repeat patterns to create your own piece which you get to take away. No previous experience required - I will teach you step by step how to use and print with the wood blocks. All materials provided. Suitable for all abilities. Small, friendly, group session, limited to 8 people. I am hosting the workshop upstairs in the Potting Shed, which is a light and airy workshop space. Please wear an old shirt or apron, or clothes you don't mind getting paint on as we are working with fabric paint. Aprons can be provided. There will be refreshments and teas and coffees available to buy at the location.
