Everything you need to put fresh fish at the centre of a barbecue. Serves four to six as a fish-focused spread, or more if you are cooking alongside meat and other dishes. Skewers, portions and fillets, all prepared to order and ready to go straight on the grill. Each box contains: Monkfish Kebab Skewers, 4 skewers: firm, meaty chunks of monkfish that hold up beautifully on a high heat. Cook for a few minutes each side until lightly charred. If you would like more, they are available to order separately. Salmon and Scallop Kebab Skewers, 4 skewers: two scallops and two pieces of salmon on each skewer. Sweet, rich and quick to cook over a flame. Available to order separately if you need more. Scallops in the Half Shell, 6 scallops: ready to go straight on the grill. Cook for two to three minutes until just set, then finish with garlic butter or a squeeze of lemon. Available to order separately in 500g packs. Salmon Portions, 2 portions: skin-on and ready to grill. A couple of minutes each side skin-down for a crisp finish. Available to order separately if you need more. Trout Fillets, 2 portions: delicate and quick to cook. Wrap in foil with lemon and herbs for a softer result, or grill directly for a charred edge. Available to order separately if you need more.
