Hatch Red & Green Chile, what we call Christmas in a jar: green's brightness with the natural sweetness of red. Fresh Hatch Red Chile Sauce, bold and smoky, straight from the Hatch Valley. Roasted Hatch Green Chile Sauce, deeper than the pure green with real roast on it. Sun-Dried Red Chile Sauce, our traditional red, made from sun-dried pods. Papa's Chunky Hatch Chile Salsa, a big rustic cut. Made for a chip. Mama's Blended Hatch Chile Salsa, the same flavor blended smooth. Randy's Hatch Chile Salsa, the man's own recipe. Papa's Pasta Sauce, chunky red sauce with Hatch chile running through it. Mama's Marinara Sauce, smooth marinara, New Mexico style. Hatchup, our spicy Hatch red chile ketchup.
