Ethiopia Guji Dabaye

2026 review. I wouldn't say geisha like florals this year so apologies. It's there just not super duper. More fruity and honeys with floral and sweet. Kind of all four at once. Nice washed if you don't want a tea bomb though it is hella tea like. This is a nice washed Ethiopia from the Guji and mostly know I love Guji as a region. If you didn't know, now you know. Why do I like it? Well it tends to have these insane top end taste notes or tends to be a real solid mix of 3-4 things. Ok so that said it's a solid 10/10 on the flower spectrum so if you're looking for that, it's there. Of course the tea thing is always around with these types but there's a pleasing amount of sweetness and not that dry "tea" thing. It's more a "juicy and sour" grapefruit like fruit. I found there to be some fruit tones hanging around just not overt with that said. To me mostly very sweet and very floral. Pour over recommendations but I wouldn't mess with this on spro. If you're missing the killer washed Ethiopia's from our lineup, then look no further. Delicate and delicious and tastes like a Geisha without the Geisha price. 10oz. No refunds.
