Start Smart Virtual Motor Skills Development

This is a modified version of the Start Smart Sports Development Program. Designed to be used by parents with their children at home. The program includes activities, organized from easiest to hardest, focused on batting, throwing, catching and kicking. This program will help develop a variety of sports skills needed to increase a child's success and enjoyment as they accelerate their involvement in youth sports.
