Doce means sweet in Portuguese and perfectly represents our fruitiest, smoothest oil. Made from Galega, one of Portugal's oldest and rarest native varietals, it is endlessly versatile. This year's Doce comes from a beautiful farm in the Northern Alentejo, where Bernardo Marchante and his family have been protecting these trees for four generations.
