Late Harvest Pinot Noir Gin is a limited-release collaboration between Derwent Distillery and Invercarron Wines. Located just 12km apart beneath Mount Dromedary, our distillery and Invercarron’s vineyard share the same cool southern Tasmanian landscape. When the opportunity arose to give hand-picked, late-harvest Pinot Noir grapes a new life, we couldn’t resist. Left on the vine longer, the grapes develop greater sweetness, flavour and intensity before being brought to the distillery and transformed into this vibrant small-batch gin. The result is juicy, fruit-forward and beautifully balanced, with the rich character of Pinot Noir complementing classic juniper and botanicals.
