SEA GLASS Hand Dyed on Stained Glass Fingering - Splashed & Speckled Yarn

There's something so mysterious and wonderful about the soft blues and greens of sea glass. This colorway was inspired by that "gift from the sea." The colors include soft spring greens, light blue, and aqua. This is a splashed and speckled colorway, which means it isn't likely to pool. YARN BASE I dyed this colorway on Stained Glass Fingering, which is a soft and squishy 2-ply yarn made of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. The thing that makes Stained Glass Fingering uniquely wonderful is that one ply is made of white wool while the other alternates between black and white, so when I dye the yarn, it looks like leaded stained glass. Each 100 gram skein has 400 yards.
