Spicy Chilli Crisp

Medium spicy oil-based drizzle to add umami and heat to a range of hot and cold foods from eggs to noodles. A mix of medium heat Guizhou peppers, slow-roasted for their sweet, rich flavour plus fried alliums and fermented black beans for crunch. A hint of Szechuan pepper gives a light mala. Blended soy and British rape oils add smoky, lingering heat.
