Initial Therapeutic Massage & Assessment — 90 Minutes

This comprehensive first-time session is designed to help us better understand your body, concerns, and wellness goals. Your appointment begins with a detailed consultation and postural and movement assessment to identify areas of tension, imbalance, restricted mobility, or discomfort. Your massage will then be customized using therapeutic techniques based on your individual needs. This session also allows time to discuss helpful aftercare recommendations and develop a plan for future appointments. Recommended for all first-time massage clients.
