Ko Shamo

Passionfruit, Grapefruit, Gooseberry Ross would literally not stop writing this name on our 'beer names' whiteboard and eventually we had to succumb to peer pressure. For reference, we didn't know what Ko Shamo meant either, but basically its a breed of Japanese chicken that can only be described as having a mega-neck. Luckily, this beer sticks with the theme and has a mega-hop profile, rammed with Nelson, Trident and Nectaron this NZ IPA tastes like its been brewed on your favourite tropical island.
