The Yamada NDP-800BSE is a heavy-duty, ultra-high-capacity 3-inch air-operated double diaphragm pump built for demanding high-volume fluid transfer and harsh industrial processing. Equipped with female 3-inch ANSI Flange connections, it integrates cleanly and securely into high-flow threaded piping networks. Featuring a cast 316 stainless steel housing paired with resilient EPDM diaphragms, this pump offers excellent mechanical strength, outstanding resistance to hot water, steam, alcohols, and caustic solutions, and superior thermal durability during continuous duty. Powered by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology with a built-in reset button, the NDP-800BSE guarantees stall-free operation without requiring air motor lubrication or excessive maintenance. Capable of delivering maximum flow rates exceeding 300 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 13/32” (10 mm), this seal-less liquid handling solution is ideally suited for wastewater management, chemical washdown systems, water treatment, and demanding industrial utility applications.
