Our Organic Gluten-Free Bread Mix has been carefully developed to make that possible without compromise. Milled and blended in our dedicated gluten-free facility, it combines a carefully balanced selection of organic gluten-free flours and starches to produce loaves with a light, open crumb, a golden crust and excellent flavour. Rather than relying on synthetic binders such as HPMC, we use organic psyllium husk, a natural source of fibre that helps create structure while keeping the loaf beautifully soft. Organic wholegrain brown and white rice flours provide body and character, maize flour adds a gentle golden colour, while tapioca and potato starch contribute to a lighter texture. Each pack makes two generous loaves, allowing you to enjoy freshly baked gluten-free bread whenever you choose. Like all our gluten-free products, it is milled and packed in our dedicated gluten-free mill and tested to standards that exceed the requirements of Coeliac UK, giving complete confidence to those who bake with it.
