Swim & Tread Challenge September 20th

Swim & Tread Challenge — Swimmer Registration $50 early registration (through 9/8) · $75 after 30 minutes of laps, then 15 minutes of legs-only treading — a two-part endurance fundraiser supporting Swim Strong Foundation’s scholarship and education fund. Includes a pledge form to collect sponsor donations from friends and family. Limited to 50 registered swimmers. 9:00–10:45 AM session, St. Sebastian Parish Center Guided by Jon Cleveland and Merle Liivand Prizes for top finishers and top fundraiser Pledge/sponsorship form sent after registration Swim & Tread Challenge — Spectator Entry $10 (also collected at the door) Cheer on the swimmers and treaders from the stands. Entry to the viewing area for the 9:00–10:45 AM session
