Available on pre-arrival basis only A special Barolo Stefano has made to recognise the traditions of Barolo. Blended fruit from Terlo and Ravera, around the South West end of the Barolo township. 60 days of maceration with a submerged cap, followed by 3 years in a 500 Litre cask of Slavonian oak and chestnut. You might expect that winemaking to produce a beast, but this wine has incredible elegance balanced with muscularity. It brings the power and structure of Ravera with the freshness and finesse of Terlo. 2021 was an exceptional vintage, and was the first year of production for this wine. ← Back to Producer range
