Ilve Roma 120cm Cooker

The 120 cm Roma range cooker has a contemporary design, perfect for any modern kitchen. This range cooker has two large ovens. With ILVE’s soft closing door system, both oven doors and storage doors can be closed gently. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a specially designed rotisserie setting. The ovens temperature ranges from 30 to 300 degrees, and is controlled by ILVE’s unique E3 precision temperature control. This system allows you to choose the exact temperature on the screen, instead of guessing the temperature on the ovens knob. Whether you prefer induction or gas, both options are available. Choose from 5 hob configurations, with 8 gas burners, a full induction hob with 7 zones, a combination of both, a French styled coup de feu, or an additional fry top accessory as standard. The 120 cm Roma range cooker is available in 4 standard colour options with a satin knob finish – giving you the ability to match your interior perfectly. You can also upgrade your space, by colour matching your range cooker to your cabinetry with ILVE’s colour match service. Choose from over 200 Classic RAL colours. Cleaning is also made each with a flush induction hob top and burners that are covered in easy clean black nanotechnology. Each gas burner is protected by individual cast iron pan supports. To make cleaning a breeze, the ovens include an easy clean enamel. Highly specialised hobs Each hob is made with professional grade stainless steel, built to last. There are a variety of hob layouts available depending on the size of hob. Heavy cast iron pan supports The burners will be protected with solid cast iron pan supports which are very easy to clean. Moisture Control ILVE's moisture control system, allows you to manage the amount of moisture within the oven. This setting works alongside other functions and can create the perfect cooking environment by eliciting steam as desired for some dishes. Dry cooking is ideal for crisping up bread and removing moisture, whilst wet is perfect for cooking roasts and stews. Precise electronic temperature control Setting the temperature of the oven is effortless due to ILVE's precision temperature control. This gives you the ability to be more accurate and will allow you to set the exact temperature using the screen. Cool door with triple glass This model features a cool to touch door with thanks to the triple glass. Door and drawer with soft close With thanks to our soft-closing system, both the oven door/s and storage drawer can be closed gently.
