Medical Assistant students and graduates Nursing students Healthcare professionals Graduates from other training programs seeking additional hands-on practice Anyone preparing to strengthen basic outpatient clinical skills Skills You Will Practice Phlebotomy and venipuncture techniques Subcutaneous and intramuscular injection techniques 12-lead EKG setup and electrode placement Vital signs measurement and documentation Basic wound care and dressing techniques Patient preparation and positioning Infection control and clinical safety practices Instructor-guided skills practice and feedback Session Information Duration 2 Days Format Live Hands-On Skills Lab Materials Practice Materials Included Provider DMS Care Training Center Practice Materials Included Training supplies and equipment needed for scheduled skills practice are provided during the lab. Students will have opportunities to practice selected clinical procedures using appropriate training equipment and supplies.
