Nestled in Georgia’s mountainous northwest,Lechkhumi, this sheltered amphitheatre site harnesses cool nights and full sun to gently ripen 120-year-old Mgaloblishvili vines. Hand-harvested and destemmed grapes macerate for 4 days before basket pressing into qvevri, resting on fine lees for 9 months prior to bottling. The result is a floral, funky rose with intriguing depth, showing notes of herbal, tea, and rose leaves.
