BRAZILIAN CAMPOS ALTOS
We’re excited to introduce a naturally processed Campos Altos which translates to “high fields”, and this coffee gives us a chance to show another diverse Brazilian specialty coffee. Meet Bourbon, one of coffee’s great Arabica varieties, prized for its sweetness, balance and beautifully rounded cup. The actual Bourbon varietal is a natural mutation from the well-known Typica varietal, often giving a lower yield but better characteristics, grown and processed well, it can deliver wonderful complexity, with its character changing depending on terroir, altitude and the hands of the producer. (it’s one of our personal favorite varietals). Tasting notes: Bakers Chocolate, Orange and Roasted Hazelnuts This collaboration ensures every cup delivers outstanding flavour while making a meaningful difference.
