Sterling Silver Glitter Black Formica Cellular Earrings

I've always wanted to add color to my work, but nothing I tried was quite what I was looking for. I tried colored stones and enamel, but they weren't the flat, modern blocks of color I wanted. Enter Formica — this durable material, probably the same stuff your grandmother's countertop was made of, turns out to be a gorgeous material for jewelry. These earrings bring color into my Cellular design — three circular cells, each set with a glossy, glitter black Formica dot, held together with rivets.
